VARIETY: Arneis 100%.
EXPOSURE: The plot is located in a south / east to 270 meters above sea level.
SOIL: In this Vineyard, the soil is naturally sandy-clay and the arrangement is hilly, there is a predominante of yellow sands coated with gravel and marl. Excellent permeability and alkaline pH.
CLIMATE: In the area of origin of the Intrigant, we find an ideal climate for growing grapes, with a good level of humidity combined with rainfall below the average of the province, between 650 and 720 mm. per year, concentrated mainly in spring and autumn, while in summer you have a small storms that rarely affect the quality of the grapes.
HARVEST: The collection still manual as tradition, takes place in small baskets to prevent damage to the grapes.
WINE AND BOTTLING: Produced with the Charmat method.
PRE-ASSEMBLY BOTTLING: No
ALCOHOL: From 12 % to 13,5 % depending on the year.
SERVICES AND MATCHING: The Intrigant is excellent as an aperitif accompanied beautifully appetizers, pasta disse with fish, white meat or fish, fresh cheeses and pastries. Serving temperature 8/10° C.
COMMERCIAL PRESENTATION: Bottles of 0,75 Liters, packs of 6 bottles, on request we also prepare different packages.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow colour, the bouquet is fragrant, fruity, floral and harmonious it is enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage. To be consumed preferably vintage.
